2.3 When you register your email through our website, we will contact you to thank you and see if we can assist you further. You can ask us not to do this by replying to the email. We won't bombard you and any emails we send you will be from us at Divorce Friend.
2.4 The financial information you disclose to us can be shared with the court, the other party or their representative. All other information is confidential, except where we are required to disclose it :
a) Through a court order.
b) To protect the wellbeing of a child, adult or any other party.
c) Under our obligations through money laundering regulations.
d) We are legally required to do so.
